Community Farm Sessions

We invite you to join our free community farm sessions and enjoy being part of our growing community as we Grow, Learn & Share.

Our community farm sessions are supervised by one of our Garden Leaders, and there are always a variety of jobs you can choose from depending on your interest and ability, including planting, weeding, harvesting, or working in our edible nursery.

And the best bit? Because we are a community farm, we don't sell our beautiful organic nutrient dense produce - we share it with the people who grow it - this could be you too!

Accessibility:

Green thumb farm is open to all ages and abilities, however it is important to know that while we are always looking for ways to make it more accessible, the farm may not be suitable for everyone. There are some areas with uneven surfaces, stairs in some parts, and other areas that we have carved out flat pathways covered in mulch. We would love the farm to become wheelchair accessible, and welcome groups and funding bodies to help make this happen. If you have any concerns about the accessibility, we suggest reaching out to us to discuss your needs and we will help you the best we can.
